CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT/TEAM WORK

Beside the individual capacities of the human resources in an organization/company, for an efficient working process and successful results the harmony and coordination of the people are crucial. Team work needs essential skills on communication, problem solving and group dynamics. We re designing indoor and outdoor training programs for developing team competences and increasing the level of dynamic in the group.

CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT/LEARNING PROGRAMS

We are designing long term learning programs for the corporates. The process starts with a deep analysis of the needs of the organization and the learning styles of the employees. This analysis are made via questionnaires and focus group meetings by DeM Experts. According to the analysis a Learning Mapping Report is prepared for the corporate with a proposal of long term learning program.

CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT/PROJECT CYCLING MANAGEMENT

We are providing training programs on Project Cycling Management and Logical Framework. The programs are being run in short term or long term. Both programs are experiential learning based where participants are implementing every single theory and concept that they learn. Moreover in long term trainings learners are developing real projects with the coaching of DeM Project Experts.
