DeM International Experiential Training Centers Union, which is a network of NGO’s active in the field of education and training, is organizing an International Long-Term Training for Trainers Program. The program aims to deliver an advanced level training program on experiential learning to trainers, educators, facilitators in the field of non-formal education from Estonia, Greece, Lithuania, Poland, Slovenia, Spain and Turkey. The first Experiential Learning Summit of Turkey was realized on 11 February 2017 in Istanbul. DeM International member organizations from Turkey, Greece and Estonia conducted a long term EU project under the frame of EU IPA Civil Society Dialogue Program. The Experiential Learning Development Project aimed to develop educational capacities of local teachers and youth workers on experiential learning methodology which is to be localized by using the technics of Paulo Freire. FIBA Support Letter

FIBA International Basketball Federation sent a support Letter for the Social Integration Project that was run by DeM Turkey member organization of the union. DeM Turkey Experiential Training Center in collaboration with Muderris Training Company run a huge training program for the disadvantaged schools in Istanbul in the frame of the project conducted by Turkish Basketball Federation. Within the project social development trainings were implemented in 32 schools.
