Mustafa Erdogan; non-formal education specialist, trainer, youth worker, founder of Experiential Training Center in Turkey and has more than 10 years experience in the field of civil society. Mr. Erdogan started his youth works when he was in high school in Tokat, leading the Youth Theatre Club of the town and later on established the first Youth Parliament of the town and represented his town in National Youth Parliament of Turkey. Continued youth works during the university study with the student association named Young Comparatists. He had a long experience on volunteering in several youth organizations as well as he is the founder of Turkish Comparative Literature Association and Experiential Training Center Association in Turkey. Mr. Erdogan who has been working as trainer and program designer in numerous training projects in Turkey, Europe and MENA regions, has expertise on inter-cultural dialogue, conflict management and NGO Management. He has been working as a trainer in pool of Turkish National Agency since 2006. His works focused on Experiential Learning Methodology and Pedagogy of the Oppressed. He has a bachelor degree on Comparative Literature and currently doing a Master Degree on NGO Management and Social Projects.


Mr. Ilias Rafail: Training Manager, psychologist, and Adult Trainer (MA in Adult Learning) with many hours of training in various fields. In his 16 year career time he has been involved in a) the provision of counseling services b) the participation and coordination of a significant number of national and transnational projects as project manager, c)the development of Vocational Guidance tools (hard copy and software) as well as of educational and support material, d) elaboration of several studies and researches on VG and other related issues, coordination of training programs (communication with trainees, trainers, associates and enterprises where the trainees practicum is implemented), e) has accreditation as Expert/ Inspector from TUV Austria Quality Standards, with many hours of inspections in Health Units (Hospitals, Clinics according to ISO Quality Systems) f) he is a SALTO Youth Trainer accepted also by Turkish NA.


Karolis STIRBYS is an entrepreneur. He is working with finance, investment, sales & different projects from 2008. More than 11 years, since 2004,  are active & interested in different youth activities, dealing with youth issues & problems. Karolis believe that youth is our future. For that reason he was a member in many different youth organizations & associations. Karolis Stirbys was very active in international level in past 7 years. He participate in more than 40 various international projects, youth leaders meetings & events in different countries. Nowadays Karolis is the director, team leader & one of the founder’s of Association of active people – “AKTYVISTAI”. From 2013 with this association organized & implement many various ideas, social actions, activities, events &  projects. Karolis always invite & motivate people to participate in various events, lectures, & workshops, where people can improve themselves, have suggestions & ideas how to reach efficiency & maximum results. At the same time he is active member of Kaunas city social organization “Vieningas Kaunas” (in English “United Kaunas”), where with other active citizens help for city Mayor, vice mayors, city council members to manage and grow the Kaunas city.


Kerli KÕIV has worked as youth work specialist in Estonia since 1998. She is awarded by Estonian Ministry of Education and Research for quality and long time effort in youth work, also award „Teacher of the Year”. Her specialties are children and youth at a risk, NEET youngsters and youth politics, youth participation. She has master degree in social politics and social work. Since 1999 she has been member of Rõuge Municipality Council leading commission of development and commission of social and health care. Since 2001 she started international partnership. In 2007 European Commission gave to her project „Stories of War”  award of quality. Kerli Kõiv belongs to boards of different associations – NGO Rõuge Noorteklubi, NGO Rõuge Teleworking, NGO Plaani Manor. She is a chairman of the board in Association of Estonian Youth Centres and belongs to culture and education commission in Association of Võru County Municipalities. Since 2014 Kerli Kõiv is active in Erasmus+ National Agency as counselor and project assessor, also as project assessor in Estonian National Youth Council. Kerli Kõiv has experienced trainer in youth involvement, project writing and youth participation.


M. Volkan MUDERRISOGLU, trainer, non formal educator, civil society worker. He started to work in civil society field in 2000 when he was a student in Kocaeli University, in student clubs of the university. He has been working as a youth trainer in Turkish National Agency since 2003 and as external project assessor since 2009. He has worked with Turkish Democracy Foundation as a trainer between 2007-2013 in different long term projects on active participation of young people and delivered trainings all around the country, in 81 cities of Turkey. He founded his own training and consultancy company which is named Müderris Training & Consultancy in 2009 and he is working as the training and projects coordinator in the company now. He has 15 years experience in international and national projects in the field of civil society. He has worked as coordinator and consultant in different projects of different actors in civil society as national agencies, development agencies, foundations, federations and universities which are related with experiential learning and non-formal education. He coordinated international events such as “Training for 2000 Volunteers” in “Universiade Winter Games 2011” in Erzurum and “Pass It On International Basketball Camp” which was held by Turkish Basketball Federation with the participation of 400 young basketball player and their coaches from 87 countries.


Robert KRIŽANIČ is a an expert on civil society participation and empowerment with more than 20 years of experiences in project management and advocacy for the CSO organisations in Slovenia and within international organsations. Has been involved in founding of the general NGO alliance in Slovenia, CNVOS, and one term served as board member. Currently he is a wise-chair in the national platform for international development and humanitarian aid ngos platform in Slovenia SLOGA and representing Slovenian ngos and development sector in committees in several international organisations. Has been co-coordinator of the first Slovenina civil mission in Afghanistan with a program focused on vocational training for refugees 2011-2012. Managing several large scale projects with CSOs in Asia (China, Cambodia, Kazakhstan, Vietnam …), Latin America and MENA region. As a cultural manager has been working for more than a decade with an international movement Loesje and European Juggling Association. Implementing art and cultural events in Slovenia and broader among which are a Street festival Ptuj – odprto mesto 2001-2010, 28th European Juggling Convention in Ptuj in 2005, ART Forums in Amman, Tunis and Toulon … Robert Križanič is the founder and director of Povod, Institute for culture and the development of international relations in culture, which is a national coordinator, Head of Network, of the Anna Lindh Foundation in Slovenia.
